Common Conditions Associated With Spine and Back Pain

The can be multiple reasons for spine and back pain. While the spine itself is strong and robust, the area is rich in nerves which can become sensitive for many reasons. Some of these include bad posture, disc derangement, nerve root pain or spondylolisthesis (when a vertebra has slipped out of place on the vertebra below). Your Physiotherapist will conduct a thorough assessment and help you move safely and without fear, and identify causes which you might avoid or mitigate in the future.

Here at Hills Physiotherapy we treat all of these conditions and help you to identify exactly what is contributing to your back pain. If you have any questions please contact us for more information, or book an appointment to start your road to recovery.
